Sulware Online Store is a complete online solution for your High Street, or purely online, shop.
The product comprises of two key sub products:
The Online Till allows your behind-the-counter staff to process all
sales in the shop over the Internet using a secure, easy to use
interface. All sales are immediately logged to a central database in
our secure hosting facility.
The system will then print the receipt and open the cash drawer for
cash handling.
(Sulware provide the additional Till Printer and CashDrawer as part of
the system delivery, and an optional Till Scanner to allow barcoded
products to be processed through the system)
The Online Till has all the features of a typical standard till
including Returns processing, Voucher processing and daily Z Totals
Reports
as well as a host of additional features such as stock level review
reports.
The Online Store products primary function is the online shop
itself. The product offers a superb range of modules that allow you to
offer the complete online shopping experience for your customers.
Online shoppers can visit your store and browse your product
categories, perform detailed searches on your product ranges, and
purchase securely online.

product comes from it's maintainability.
Sulware Online Store is designed with both the customer AND the shop
management team perspectives.
Our online management console is designed with your staff's limited IT
knowledge in mind and allows your staff to easily maintain the stock
that goes through your system.
From registering new stock as it enters the business through to
fulfilling online orders your staff have full control of the process
itself.
Also the management console is built around multiple levels of
secure access. So when your till operators logon to the system, they
get a limited view of the system providing only the functionality they
need to fulfill their duties. Similarly your stock manager will only
see the relevant functions that they require to complete their job.
When you, as the store owner, log in you get a full array of reports to
view from daily, hourly and minute by minute sales reports, to stock
control reports, all the information you need is right at your
fingertips.
And because the system is online, you can access it from any internet
connected device, be it your home pc, or your Internet enabled PDA or
Smart Phone.
