Project description

Sulware have been providing web development services to ICT since 2003. During that time we've developed various website solutions for them, including their internal engineer management system. 

This system is built on Sulware CMS, and allows ICT to manage their workforce of about 50 engineers and admin staff as they provide hardware technical support to their financial clients across the entire island of Ireland.

The website allows them to schedule site visits for their engineers, manage system diaries, manage worker time, perform various HR activities such as scheduling holidays, generates system reports and even provides real time tracking of engineers on the road via GPS.

This is an intranet system.
