Payzorb.ie was an NDRC (Irish digital hub initiative) based start-up company .
Located in Dublin Ireland and operating from the NDRC headquarters, Payzorb offered leading edge technology utilising the very latest in chatbot technology to offer customer facilities to view and pay their utility bills through their social media messenger applications. Using the payzorb platform, utility companies can easily provide a channel to interact with their customers in the online social space they hang out in the most, their messenger apps, (e.g. Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, WhatsApp).
Sulware worked closely with the Payzorb owners to ascertain their core system requirements. They then designed and developed from the ground up the companies core product framework and platform. They aided in various aspects of the business with respect to grant applications, funding and corporate presentations.
Throughout the years Sulware has worked with several start-up companies. Typically our work with start-ups involve forming a strong partnership with the companies owners in order to design and build up the companies initial versions of their product, and also build the companies IT department from the ground up. The aim eventually is the get the company to a position where they can manage and run their own IT divisions.
Sulware have been an invaluable technology provider in our operation. Our management team is heavily business focused and Sulware provided the missing link giving us a strong technology focus. They listened to what we wanted to do, and proceeded to guide us through the complex process of designing and building the alpha version of our product which we are now actively using in advanced client presentations and sales. We're hoping to secure our first major client in the latter half of 2017 and we have the utmost confidence that Sulware will be able to fully build out our first commercial version of the platform.
